 I can't get enough of haunted houses this year (not going inside though, that's too scary for me)! Today's craft kit that you can pick up at the drive through or the Children's Department has a pattern, instructions, and supplies to make a few medieval-style houses! What I love most is that once you've cut out the pattern, you can make as many of the houses as you'd like- make a whole spooky village if you want! There are written instructions in the kit, but I've taken pictures of my process as well

 It's been a busy, busy week so here are 3 chapters of Ghost Squad at once!

 I wanted to have a few chapters lined up for the weekend, so here's 3 for the price of 1 (or none, really)!

  To make this week's craft for older kids (can be picked up at the drive through or in the children's dept. while supplies last!), follow this tutorial! 1. Fold coffee filter in half, and then in half again. 2. Using markers color the coffee filter. Don't be afraid to experiment with colors and color quite thickly (this will result in spookier colors!) 3. Place coffee filter on a paper and spray or sprinkle with water.    4. Press paper towel onto coffee filter to blot it dry. 5. Let coffee filter dry completely. 6. Trace coffee filter on black paper. 7. Cut out a circle that is SMALLER than the one you drew as a guide. I did cut a full circle because I wanted 'ground' for my haunted house to sit on.    8. Glue coffee filter to paper.   9. Using a Sharpie or other black marker, draw and fill in your haunted house.
